The world that we perceive, though, is an illusion. It was created by a description that was told to us since the moment we were born.

We are luminous beings. We are perceivers. We are an awareness; we are not objects; we have no solidity. We are boundless. The world of objects and solidity is a way of making our passage on earth convenient. It is only a description that was created to help us. We, or rather our reason, forget that the description is only a description and thus we entrap the totality of ourselves in a vicious circle from which we rarely emerge in our lifetime.

我活在自己用语言和概念编织的世界中，这没有问题。

如果我受困于其中，也许会活得很好，但失去了与真实世界的链接，失去了自由，失去了更多的可能。

Every one of us does that. We carry on an internal talk. We talk about our world. In fact we maintain our world with our internal talk. Whenever we finish talking to ourselves the world is always as it should be. We renew it, we kindle it with life, we uphold it with our internal talk.
